Transforming the lives of people affected by Multifocal Motor Neuropathy
Inspiring | Connecting | Informing | Advancing Understanding

Multifocal Motor Neuropathy (MMN) is a rare, incurable, auto-immune condition affecting the peripheral nerves that causes muscle atrophy and loss of motor function. Since being founded in 2021, Making the Most of Now has been dedicated to improving understanding of MMN, raising awareness of it and supporting those affected by it.

At the heart of Project MMN from the start have been our Ride for MMN events. Transformative cycling adventures ranging from singe day rides to multi-day bikepacking events and Grand Tour adventures. Ride for MMN events aim to inspire and connect the MMN community while increasing awareness of the condition and raising funds for research into it.

Since 2022, Ride for MMN events have raised nearly US$200,000 for the GBS|CIDP Foundation international MMN Research Fund.
